Bongani Mahlangu is the founder of Imbeu Development and Project Management (Pty) Ltd; he is responsible for managing operations as a Managing Director. Bongani has extensive project management experience working with leading project management companies in Southern Africa; with over 19 years of experience within the construction industry with a successful record of delivering diverse projects ranging from Major civil works, retail, commercial, residential and industrial projects for blue chip and global companies.

Bongani Mahlangu is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professionals (SACPCMP). He is a full member of the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM); also serves as the Executive Committee Member and Chairperson for Memberships and Transformation Sub-Committee for the organisation. He is a certified Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA) Accredited Professional for New Build. Bongani Mahlangu is an active member of the South African Institute for Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP), Bongani Mahlangu assisted his group in winning top honours at the 2014 Property Development Programme (PDP) facilitated by the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Busines. He holds degrees in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management; currently studying towards his Masters in Programme Management.
